Yoga Rex
(I am king of yoga. No, alas not.)
After a rather prolonged Christmas break, I still have to start back at yoga. Overall my oarsmanship is improving greatly, but I feel that flexibility could still be helped with a some yoga training. (It actually requires a lot of exertion to get some of those positions; when people think that yoga is somehow relaxing, they are sorely mistaken.) Anyway, I didn’t get to it this evening, due to a scheduling clash with a lecture, however I shall endeavour to attend on Thursday instead. It’s going to be rough.
This is what I imagine I will look like doing downward-facing-dog.
